After studying economics and business informatics, Peer Hohn spent 15 years as Head of Central Controlling in the banking industry. Afterwards he became the Managing Director of a online shop for clothing with more than 150 employees and built up a team that early identified the success factors in online shopping. The experience of reducing the return rate led him to develop his own company. With Phizzard he developes digital solutions that connect the online and offline world to solve the central customer problem in the fashion business: finding the right size. Phizzard built the first smart dressing room and established the now standard "trade 4.0".
