Combining the network of shareholders, mentors, experts and our growing investor group, the Business Builder enables continuous improvement after the program. During the Accelerator, the team provides support through various workshops, weekly investment sessions, and evaluations.
At leAD, one of our main goals is to help the startups secure follow-on investments. The Business Builder plays a key role in achieving this milestone by not only providing support during the program but especially in the crucial months after the cohort graduation. Following the Accelerator, the team assists with direction and guidance for the follow-on investments and mentoring with finance, strategy, and general business development, with the aim to lead the startups to independent growth.
Situated in the leAD office in Berlin, our ever-growing team consists of experts in their respective fields – from strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship to project management, marketing, and communication. They make the daily running of leAD possible, and they have one thing in common: whether it'll be a special interest in sports tech, nutrition, trying out new sports or focusing on one in particular – they're all fueled by a passion for sports.
